A bulletproof helmet is a device that can absorb and dissipate the energy of a bullet, prevent penetration, reduce blunt injuries, and effectively protect the human head. The main target audience for bulletproof helmets is to equip military combat personnel and police officers, and there are mainly two types of helmets: Japanese and German.
Test basis: According to GA293-2001 "Police Bulletproof Helmets and Masks", the bulletproof level is set as Level I: to prevent penetration of 64 type 7.62mm pistol bullets (lead core) fired from domestic 64 type or 77 type 7.62mm pistols. Level II: Protection against penetration of Type 51 7.62mm pistol bullets (lead core) fired from domestically produced Type 54 pistols.
